Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. Will only undertake business under and upon the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are legally binding, so please read them carefully. For the purposes of the Terms and Conditions, the term NANNY shall mean any nanny, au pair, babysitter or any person introduced as domestic help or suitable for employment by Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. 1 :- The acceptance of a Nanny introduced by Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. shall be deemed an acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of business. 2:- The Client will be charged a fee upon confirmation of booking an employee from Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd.. A list if fees is published on this website. The fee is to be paid in Pounds Sterling . The fee shall be paid within 10 working days from the invoice date. Should the invoice be submitted before the work commences then the invoice shall be paid within 10 working days. 3:- The fee charged for the introduction of a service is for one engagement only. Any nanny returning for future work will be subject to a future fee. Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. must be notified of such an occurrence by the Client . 4:- Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. assumes that all details of the Assignment are agreed by the Client and Nanny unless the Client informs Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. in writing that details are not agreed prior to the commencement of the Assignment. 5:- The Client is to agree payment terms wit the Nanny before commencement of the Assignment. 6:- Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. Acts as an introduction agency solely and does not directly or indirectly employ the Nanny who is self employed. 7. All information is confidential and must not be passed to a Third Party either directly or indirectly. If information is passed to a Third Party and a Nanny is engaged other than through Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. then that will constitute a breach of the Terms and contitions. We will then charge a standard fee to the Client. 8:- The Client will re-imburse all reasonable travelling expenses to the interview. 9:- Fees are non-refundable. If due to unforeseen circumstances a Nanny departs then Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. will offer a replacement for the remainder of the booking provided that - A:- The fee has been received by Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. B :- Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. Is advised in writing as to the termination of the booking within 24 hours. C:- There has been no reasonable or justifiable cause for the Nanny to terminate the engagement. 10:- If the Client terminates the booking prior to engagement then Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. Reserves the right to retain up to 50% of the fee. 11:- While Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. Aims to verify the background of nannys introduced prior to engagement, Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. cannot guarantee that all the information regarding the Nanny is accurate. Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. does not accept any liability whatsoever for misrepresentation, lost, damage, injury, delay, claims or expense of any description arising out of an introduction made by the Agency. 13:- Nelfa Agency Ltd. reserves the right to use its own discretion with regards to any situation or problem not itemised in its terms and conditions. 14:- Nelfa Nanny Agency Ltd. reserves the right to increase fees by giving notice of one month in writing to the Client. 15:- The nightly fee applies even if the Nanny works nights or days if the Nanny has been engaged for night work.
